I stumbled on to this writer and I loved the whole series. They are cleverly written and the females are incredible. The sisters are all strong, determined and they go after what they want.Sometimes they need a push but its no weakness. It's such a nice change then having 4 plain jane sisters, who are poor and pathetic,waiting on Mr. Right to save them. I recommended this series to any one who would like to see women shine!!! Happy

The book was too centered around the sisters. And Dana is so stupid. I was very interested in Garth and his life and his feelings about everything, but I think that's what was missing in this book. The passion, the emotion, the connections. Dana was too bitchy for me, I couldn't relate to her at all. I know that she's afraid to get hurt because of her past. I can't stand when authors do this though: they portray someone with a bad past as a cold bitch who's rude to everybody. That's not realistic. Women who are used to being used and being told they're not pretty, are not that way. I don't know why some authors think they are, but that's not how it happens in real life.
Besides that, the book was just, well, boring. Mostly because we didn't know how any of the characters felt about anything. It was just events happening.

This book was a great finish to a great series! I had my doubts about if I would like this book or not based only upon the main characters chosen for this final book. Garth had been such a horrible character for the rest of the series I thought how could I ever possibly come to the point where I wanted him to end up happy. I was wrong, he charmed his way right into my heart and this book ended up being one of my favorite out of this series. This book was fantastic not only for its great story line of the two main characters in it but, for the way that it wrapped up the story about all of the other characters that had been involved along the way. I was sorry to see this series end but, enjoyed every moment I spent reading it.

I've given Susan Mallery several tries, but I just can't believe the reviews that she often receives. This book was boring, boring, boring. I couldn't even finish it. Her characters just don't pop, her love scenes are ho-hum and the rest is so average I won't be back for more. There's really nothing more to say.
