excellent book

I have purchased both versions of this book and it is great. It is not a diet book but rather a book to help you change your eating habits. Therefore there is no weight gain after your done with the plan, because your never done.
I lost a pound a day for the first 14 days and my wife lost 20 lbs by week 4.

I have tried many weight loss plans that work for about 2-3 weeks then comes the plateau. I am a healthy type 2 diabetic because I tried "Crack the Fat Loss Code" and lost successfully last year. This time I am following "Conquer the Fat Loss Code" and I am losing and toning again. Carb cycling works for me!

Wendy's first book, Crack the Fat Loss Code has changed the way I eat forever. It has also changed my clothing size (tight 16 to easy 12)in less than six months. With the addition of her exercise recommendations in Conquer the Fat Loss Code, I look forward to dropping a couple more sizes and toning up what's left behind.
